《V字仇杀队》是美国导演詹姆斯·麦克提格执导，根据同名漫画改编的科幻电影。影片讲述了一个头戴盖伊·福克斯（英国人士，于1605年策划刺杀詹姆士一世和英格兰议会上下两院的所有成员)面具的自由斗士V企图效仿福克斯，摧毁独裁政府同时进行激烈私人复仇的故事。这部电影上映之初由于其异常强烈的政治隐喻和煽动性,对恐怖主义立场暧昧而遭到中国大陆禁播。

2012年12月14日晚，时隔7年之后，《V字仇杀队》解禁并一刀未剪在央视电影频道播放，许多人又惊又喜，引发了一轮讨论的热潮。
