英国国际专业会计师公会International Association Of Accounting Professionals 简称 IAAP ，总部位于英国伦敦肯特区丘吉尔广场，成立于1973年，是IAB ( International association of bookkeepers )英国国际簿记师公会的执业鉴定职能部门，代表IAB签发别的执业资格认证证书，IAAP\IAB的历史可追溯至1916年，分别在全球约60个开展学术活动并设立学习中心，各级证书会员超过15万，业已成为英国规模的国际性金融与会计师专业认证培训机构之一，常年为英国以及全球金融、财务市场培养了大量的金融与会计专业人才，同时IAAP作为英国HND(英国高等教育文凭考试EC SQA )的合作机构(SQA也是中国认可并引进的英国正规教育考试项目)现在英国爱丁堡大学、英国公开大学、英国北安普顿大学、英国曼彻斯特波尔顿等诸多大学开设了IAAP专业学习中心。
