雅思写作成绩在考生的四项成绩里面，往往是低的，雅思阅读7分而写作5分的考生比比皆是。朗阁海外考试研究中心分析认为，原因有以下几个：首先，考生对中英文表达的准确切换没有理解把握好，里面充斥着大量的汉式英语。在和许多学生接触的过程中，我发现很多同学去背诵一些所谓的雅思词汇却不知道如何正确使用，就会出现表达生硬，用词不当的情况。其实所谓的难词并不是帮助学生在词汇方面获得的决定因素，而是准确恰当，符合英语表达习惯的词汇和词组才是关键。其次，就是思路由于缺乏必要的知识面而无法拓展。事实上在烤鸭们备考的过程中做阅读得的同时也可以训练自己的写作方面。那如何入手呢？

策略一：熟悉考试话题并摘抄有用词汇

比如下面这两道雅思写作：

Some people think they have right touse as much fresh water as they want, others, otherwise believesgovernments should strictly control the use of fresh water as it is limitedresource. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Some languages are increasing in use, while many others aredeclining. Do you think this is a positive or negative development?

显然，烤鸭们可以很快地说出这两个考题的内容与剑桥7和4上的阅读非常相近。恍然大悟之余，这两篇文章中的优美词汇就可以做个摘抄：

比如说在剑桥7 Test1 Passage1中，文章的标题是Making every drop count, 说的就是要节约用水，有很多词汇可以摘抄：manipulate water resource/innovative layout of pipes and well-built sewers/ despite our progress, half ofthe world’s population still suffer/ more than one billion people lack accessto clean drinking water/ some two and a half billion do not have adequatesanitation services/ the consequence of our water policies extend beyond jeopardizinghuman health/ more than 20% of all fresh water fish species are now threatenedor endangered because dam and water withdrawals have destroyed the free-flowingriver system

策略二：写读书笔记

这样做的优点是可以把刚才已经摘抄好的单词学以致用：因为单词必须在特定的语言环境或语境下才能掌握，才能在考场时间那么紧的情况下完成相应的写作任务。还是列举剑4的那篇文章，烤鸭们可以把这篇文章分为两个小点来写：造成濒危语言现象的原因及这样的现象带来的消极影响和如何保护它们。事实上仔细看文章的话，这两个脉络非常清晰：

原因：Navajo is consideredendangered despite having 150,000 speakers. What makes a language endangered isnot just the number of speakers, but how old they are. If it is spoken bychildren, it is relatively safe. The critically endangered languages are thosethat are only spoken by the director of the …/ why do people reject the languagesof their parents? It begins with a crisis of confidence when a small groupfinds itself alongside a larger, wealthier society/ people lose faith in theirculture/ they can not refuse to speak English if most commercial activity is inEnglish…

消极影响：Language is also bound upwith culture, so it is difficult to preserve one without the other. /the lossof diversity may also deprive us of different ways of looking at the world.

保护它们：Preservation can bring alanguage back from the dead/ they are examples of languages that have survivedin written form and then been revived by later generations.

当烤鸭们笔记写到这样的程度就可以将以上内容按照三个段落书写并填充相关的内容，甚至还可以百度一下全球一些在这些方面做的比较出色的例子。

同理对于剑桥7的那篇文章，烤鸭们发现全文讲了两个大的方面：水资源匮乏所带来的问题及其如何应对。那么烤鸭们如果在备考时正好做过相关的读书笔记，那么真是志在必得。
