Let me put it this/another way... 让我这样说/另一种方式... 

What I mean is.. 我的意思是.. 

To rephrase what I have just said….. 改写我刚才说的话.....

Agreeing with an opinion 同意一项意见:

I quite agree... 我完全同意.. 

I completely agree that... 我完全同意. 

Yes，Indeed…. 是的，确实.... 

I could not agree more. 我完全同意 

I entirely/totally agree with you on that.. 我完全/完全同意你的观点。 

That's exactly how I see it. 我就是这么看的 

That's exactly what I think/ believe. 这正是我的想法/相信的 

Precisely/Exactly/Certainly/Definitely. 确切/确切/当然/肯定。

Yes, that's obvious. 是的，这是显而易见的 

Disagreeing with an opinion 不同意某观点:

I possess a different view... 我有不同的观点..... 

I must disagree with the view that.. 我必须不同意这种观点。 

Iam afraid I believe/ see it otherwise... 恐怕我相信/否则会看到它... 

This might be true in some context but.. 在某些情况下这可能是真的，但是.. 

I am inclined to oppose the view that.. 我倾向于反对这种观点。 

I am afraid I disagree.. 恐怕我不同意。 

Yes, perhaps, but... 是的，也许吧，但是.. 

Well, it depends.. 嗯，这要看情况。
