大家好，我是Wendy。来自一座历史悠久的美丽城市——扬州。从毕业起的8年间，我一直从事着少儿英语教师的工作。我非常喜欢孩子，特别是看到他们可爱纯真的笑脸时，内心就感到特别的快乐与轻松。我认为对一个老师而言，要教好孩子们，拥有爱心，耐心，和责任心是非常必要的。在课堂上，我会营造一种轻松的氛围，让孩子们快乐地学英文。我的教学风格主要以学生为主导。课堂设置会针对每一个学生的需求。 我相信只要给与学生充分的适合他们的学习环境，他们可以尽可能学到更多的东西。我希望用我的知识和经验，以及我的热情来帮助OAK的孩子们更加愉快和自由地使用英语这门语言。

Hello，everyone！I am Wendy. I come from Yangzhou, a beautiful city with a long history. I have been an English teacher for eight years. I love children very much. I feel very happy and relaxed, particularly when I see their lovely and smiling faces. I think it is very important that every teacher should have love, patience, and sense of responsibility so that we can teach students better. In my class, I will create an exciting and relaxing atmosphere so that they can study English happily. My teaching style is more students oriented. My classes are designed in a way to meet every individual student’s needs. It’s my belief that students can only maximize learning when they are in consensus with their learning environment.
I hope to use all of the experience I have gained and my enthusiasm to help children become comfortable with their use of the English language.
