My name is David Alexander Cobb.
I come from the Scotland, in the United Kingdom ( UK) . My home town is Glasgow in Scotland.
I have been coming to China for 15 years. The first 10 years as a tourist. I have traveled to many cities in China-Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou , Kaifeng, Xian, Baoji, Zhengzhou, Xianxi and visit Shaolin Xi .
I first came to China in the year 2001 with a group of people to practice Tai Qi. We all met is London then flew to Beijing. In the morning we practice Tai Qi and afternoon visit many of the famous land mark of Beijing.
For the past five years I have been working as an English teacher in Zibo . My first teaching position in Zibo was at number 4 school in Zichuan. There worked for one semester.
Then I moved to Zhangdian where I worked for Global. Global has schools in all the districts of Zibo. I have taught in all the Global schools in each district of Zibo -Zhoucun, Huantai, Linzi, Gaoqing, Zichuan, Boshan, and YiYuan.
I have taught all level of English from kindergartner, Junior high school to adults.
In the UK my work has been mainly in Engineering, my last position was a technical writer, writing and presenting training courses for Engineers.
My interests are Tai Qi, Chinese culture and learning Chinese.
